Our products are shipped out frozen with ice packs to prolong their cool environment in transit. Since shipping takes 1-3 business days your order won't arrive cold (Not to worry, there are NO perishable ingredients in our products.) The extra measures we take to keep packaging cold during transit are simply to preserve freshness & texture.
You may see oil separation in the edible cookie dough upon arrival, this is completely normal. Just place in the fridge before digging in so that your dough goes back to normal consistency.
Shelf Life: 4 weeks in fridge. 3 Months in freezer.
